Dragon's Auto Ltd. (“Dragon's Auto”, “we”) runs this website. This page explains what we collect through it and what we do with it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

This website has no forms and no sign-ups, so it doesn't collect personal information from you. If you call or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us, such as your name, contact details and information about your vehicle.

Like most web servers, our host keeps short-term technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use these to identify you.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply, quote and book work on your vehicle, and keep a record of it. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Emails and job records stay with us for as long as we need them for your vehicle's service history and our business records. Ask us and we'll delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cookies and outside services

This site doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising or analytics. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device.

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you open a page. The “Get directions” and “Read them on Google” links take you to Google Maps, and the Facebook link takes you to Facebook; their own privacy policies apply there.

Your choices
